We love your little ones, but due to tight numbers we would appreciate only the adults listed on your invitation attend this event. We understand that childcare is difficult, so if you are not able to attend due to these circumstances, we know you are with us in spirit!

Please attend in cocktail attire. We kindly ask you to avoid jeans, hats or white clothing, but we want you to be comfortable all night! The venue is indoor/outdoor, with plenty of paved pathway to avoid grass.

To RSVP, click the RSVP button above and type the name listed on your envelope. Kindly respond to your invitation as soon as you are able. We understand schedules change, but we would love to make sure all necessary accommodations are considered on your behalf. By responding quickly, this can be done! If there is no response by August 20, 2025 you will be considered a “not attending”, as final numbers will be due to our venue. We hope to see you all there!

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00. We recommend guests give themselves a minimum of 15 minute gap to allow hellos to those you love and find a seat. If you are past that time, don’t be worried! While our wedding coordinator will let you know if you are late to the ceremony, they will direct you to somewhere comfortable while you wait for cocktail hour. The venue has a great bar and amazing staff to pass the time. We will see you for cocktail hour and on the dance floor!

We recommend the Sturbridge Host, but please stay wherever you find most suitable. If you are to stay with The Host they find it easiest to call to ensure you are booked with our block of rooms. The block is under the Hawk/Downey wedding.

There is plenty of parking at the venue! We will provide a shuttle bus from the recommended hotel, but this will only be at the start and end of the wedding. If you would prefer to make your own hours, we completely understand! We ask for those who would like to shuttle to use the RSVP tab to let us know, so we have accurate seat counts for all.
