Our Wedding

During the summer of 2022, Morgan had a summer internship in northwest Iowa. As part of her internship, she wrote comments for a judge at the Sioux County Fair. This judge happened to ask if Morgan had a boyfriend. She did not, and he told her about this guy who attended his church. He gave Morgan Jordan's phone number and told Jordan what he knew about Morgan. Jordan decided to contact Morgan, and they had their first date at MacKenzie River in Sioux Falls a couple of weeks later. Morgan was finishing her internship and returning to Ames for her sophomore year at Iowa State when Jordan asked her to be his girlfriend on July 31, 2022.   Since then they have been dating long-distance with Morgan in Ames and Jordan in Hull. Each of their vehicles has had lots of miles on Highway 20, spending weekends together and making memories. Their favorite activities include riding RZR, grilling/cooking together, fishing, trying new restaurants, and eating ice cream.   On November 22, 2024, Jordan asked Morgan to marry him at the High Trestle Trail bridge near Madrid. It was a memorable evening walking the trail and looking for deer.   Morgan and Jordan are very excited about what the future holds for them.
