The dress code for the ceremony is Formal/Black Tie Optional. Men can wear tuxedos or formal suits, and women can wear anything from gowns to dressy cocktail attire.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations at our reception, we simply can’t offer a plus one for all of our lovely guests. Our invite is extended to only those who are addressed on the invitation envelope.

While we adore children, we have opted for an adult-only ceremony to ensure a serene and focused atmosphere during the vows.

We kindly request that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to maintain an intimate and distraction-free environment. Professional photographs will be available after the event.

The reception at Prologue in New Albany will begin with cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00pm and dinner will follow shortly after. Free parking is offered at the State Street parking garage located at 316 State St, New Albany, IN 47150 and street parking is available as well.

The ceremony will take place at the beautiful St. John United Church of Christ on Market Street in Louisville. After the ceremony, we invite you to join us at The Prologue in New Albany, Indiana, for the reception. The drive should be around 15 minutes as the reception venue is 7.5 miles away.
