Yes. There is a maximum of 4 adults per room. In addition to the standard nightly room rate for 2 adults, a 3rd and 4th adult can stay in a room for $285 per person per night. Kids have a fee of $111 per kid per night.

Yes. The resort has a 3 night minimum stay. However, the advertised complimentary airport shuttle is only included for stays of 4 nights or more. Feel free to come early, stay late, or both!

No. Kids are welcome to join and there are plenty of activities and a water park for their recreation. However, our events are by invite only.

To satisfy the minimum booking requirement with airport transportation included, the recommended arrival day is Wednesday 4/10 with a departure day of Sunday 4/14.

For beach cocktail attire, pants with a lightweight button-down and an open jacket would be the ideal outfit choice. You could choose to wear the jacket or leave it behind if it’s too warm and your outfit will still look put together as long as you choose the right accessories. A lovely dress shoe and belt to match will bring your outfit to the next level the next time you need to dress yourself in beach cocktail attire. Beach cocktail attire for men differs from what women have to choose, but you should still aim to be comfortable and casual while still looking formal and elegant.

Beach Cocktail attire for women should follow the guidelines of cocktail attire and be formal but comfortable. Women tend to have a large variety of options when it comes to dressing for an event. They have a wide range of clothes that can lean more feminine or masculine. It depends on what you want to present with your outfit. A flowy sundress or tea-length skirt will be an excellent option if you are into a more feminine look. If you are hoping to avoid wearing a dress or a skirt, a good alternative would be a pantsuit made of breathable material or a formal romper. Accessories play a large part in how your outfit reads to a room, or in this case, a beach. You will want to avoid heavy jewelry for beach cocktail attire. A belt or a small handbag are great options to spruce up your outfit. The right shoes are essential as well. Make sure you are aware of what kind of shoes you plan to wear on the sand. Heels could make walking a chore. A wedge or a flat shoe would be best.

Complimentary transportation will be provided through the resort with a 4 night stay. Once you have provided your flight information to us, we will arrange with the resort and they will begin setting up the transportation for us all. It is a short 15 minutes from airport to the resort!

The Welcome Event (Thursday 4/11) and the Wedding Day (Friday 4/12), will be the only organized dinners for the full group. Please refer to the restaurant options in the World-Class Dining section of Things to Do: The Grand and customize your all-inclusive experience!

When booking 4+ nights, complimentary airport transport is provided. If your trip is less than 4 nights, the resort offers private transportation options. PLEASE DO NOT UTILIZE CABS IN MEXICO.
