We have secured a limited number of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton from Friday, August 16th to Sunday, August 18th. You may choose to book one or two nights.

This is also the location for the Welcome Party on Friday, August 16th from 8:00-10:00 pm.

Reservations will need to be made by July 16th to receive the group rate.
