From golf to pickle ball to fishing and water sports- here's a list of our favorite things to do at Ruttger's! We've also included our favorite food spots in the area.
Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort
The Hume and Lentsch families will be staying at Ruttger's; we would love for you to join us! The wedding ceremony will be lakeside next to the Main Lodge. The cocktail hour and reception will follow in Ruby's Dining Room, which is right off of the Main Lodge. Click the "Lodging" tab above for details and recommendations for which room to book!
Jack's 18 Golf Course @ Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort
Jack’s 18 is one of the most scenic northern Minnesota golf courses in the area winding through forests of maple, oak, birch, aspen, and the majestic Norway pines. The par 72 rolls gently alongside the placid waters of natural lakes Goose and Bass. Open Daily: 7am–7pm
Marina Activities
Marina Hours (Sep 3–30):
Mon–Fri: 8am–4pm
Sat & Sun: 9am–6pm
Call to make reservations for pontoons, sailboats, fishing boats, tubes, and fishing rod/reels. Enjoy complimentary access to kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards, paddle boats, hydro-bikes, and row boats.
Bonfire
You're invited to a bonfire with s'mores at the Hume Cabin on Friday night at 9 PM! Bonfire pits also included with many of the cabin/villa options.
Pickleball and Tennis Courts
Pickleball and tennis courts open to all guests!
Games on the Green
Bags (or Corn Hole eye roll), Jenga, Gaga ball, Nine Square, and other lawn games open to all guests!
