To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before July 1st. If you are unable to attend, we appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as “no” as we will be sending final head-counts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Yes! It is semi-formal. We recommend suit & tie and cocktail dresses. No jeans please!

The ceremony is open seating except for reserved seats so sit where you like. The reception is assigned seating so just look for the seating chart in the back of the pamphlet and find your seat!

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception is indoors. Both are located at Hazelwood Weddings!

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving at 4:00-4:15pm so there is time for you to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception. Thank you for understanding!

Yes! There is complimentary parking.

Our caterer is Savory Occasions! They will be serving their Mexican fiesta buffet, which includes chicken and pork and varying tortillas. We will also be serving appetizers at cocktail hour.

Yes! We have two bartenders for the evening.
