BOOKING: To book rooms, guests can call hotel, 607-722-7575, and ask for the group code THR or use group web link provided by hotel. Reservations must be made before Thursday, July 24, 2025. Check-in 4:00pm. Check-out 11:00am.


EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to the heavy demand of early check-in, the only way to guarantee a room will be ready early is to book the night prior. Early check-in is not guaranteed and will be based on availability on the day of check-in.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast is NOT included in this rate. Cooked-to-Order Breakfast is available for purchase in the Restaurant. The DoubleTree Wakeup Breakfast/Complete Buffet is $15.00/person.

CANCELLATION: Individuals may cancel up to 4pm two days (48 hours) before arrival without penalty. Cancellation after 4pm will incur a charge of one night’s room & tax.
