The dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. We recommend men wear a dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. For women, cocktail dresses are appropriate. We would like for everyone to dress up with us, so please no jeans or tennis shoes!

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue. For those who indulge in the open bar, cars are permitted to be left overnight!

Our ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.

While we love your little ones, our wedding and reception will be adults-only. A few exceptions have been made- if you have spoken with the bride or groom, and made arrangements- you're all set!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will show with your name when you RSVP online.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand to ensure you are seated in time for the ceremony.

We have hired a professional photographer to document our special day. During the ceremony, we ask that you please refrain from taking pictures. However, during cocktail hour and the reception, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you would like!

Yes. You can leave your car at Hazelwood overnight. All cars must be picked up by 9 am on Saturday, October 3rd. Transportation services will be provided to safely transport guests from the venue to hotel, if needed.
