When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by May 7th, so we can have an accurate headcount.
Will Transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided to and from the venue the day of the wedding leaving from the Crescent Hotel at 4 pm with two departure times from the venue at 9 pm and 11 pm.
You must RSVP to use the transportation as we need a head count to ensure we have the proper amount of shuttles.
We kindly request that the shuttles are reserved for those traveling from out of town, those staying at the hotels, and our bridal parties spouses.
Uber/Lyft is an option and services this area!
Please do not drink and drive!
Where should I book a hotel?
We have room blocks at the Crescent Hotel and Hyatt Place Fort Worth / Alliance Town Center.
Please see the travel section to learn more about our shuttle accommodations.
However, if you choose to not stay at these properties we recommend hotels in Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square or Alliance Town Center.
The venue is in Weatherford but the hotels are not close to the venue. Our wedding events will be taking place in Fort Worth with exception to our wedding day.
Are Kids allowed?
As much as we love our little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception, with the exception of our nieces and nephews. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
Where should I fly into?
DFW International Airport. This is the closest to the downtown Fort Worth area where most guests will be staying and in relation to the venue.
Dallas Love Field is the other option for you Southwest lovers, but it is farther.
May I bring a date?
When you RSVP, it will be indicated if you have a plus one, however, if you have any questions, shoot us a text or give us a call at 303-960-3636
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but please reach out if you need any special assistance getting around the property!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoor/outdoor.
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
We would recommend against stiletto heels but otherwise it's up to you! Boots and hats are welcome :)
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the wedding?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony - photos and videos taken during the reception are welcome and we will have a QR code available for you to share with us!
What can I expect during the wedding?
We truly want all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening with us.
After the ceremony we will have an open bar, charcuterie, barbecue food truck and a dessert table.
There will not be a seated dinner as we want you to eat when you feel like it!
There will be outdoor games as well as many photo opportunities.
The only formal portions of the night will be the ceremony that begins at 5:30 pm and the announcement of the bride and groom with a few speeches and dances at 7 pm!
After 9 pm you can expect espresso martinis and dancing!
We know not everyone wants to stay late so we have transportation that leaves at 9 pm and 11 pm if you wish to use the transportation we provided.
