The attire for the wedding is western formal, no jeans.

We are shuttling people to the wedding venue from the Ouray County Fairground. Shuttles can fit 20 people at a time and will run at the following schedule: 1:10- First shuttle leaves 1:50- Second shuttle leaves 2:30-Final shuttle leaves The shuttle service requested that we try to group people in groups of 20 for the shuttles at the specific times so please reach out to Morgan or Hunter and we will set you up in a specific time! Our ceremony will roughly start around 3:00, but we won't start until we make sure all of our guests have arrived!

The reception will start at 4:30 after the cocktail hour with dinner to follow at 5:30 and the venue will be open to party until 9:00 with shuttles taking individuals down to parking starting as early as 6:00

We do not have a wedding registry, but we do have a honeymoon fund attached to the website that you can send funds directly to us. If you feel like getting us a gift we would more then appreciative for the gesture! We will also are having a card box, feel free to put a wedding card in it!

Yes! We have a limited drink menu including beer, wine and a couple cocktail options. If there is something not on the menu that you prefer, the club house bar will be open but you will need to pay for those drinks. Cash tips go directly to the bartenders and are greatly appreciated!

Whole smoked pig with St.Louis style ribs, chicken thighs, and pulled pork. Sides are garlic mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese, bread and corn muffins and a side salad Additional fruit/cheese platter and a charcuterie board

We will have a DJ who's ready to get people out and dancing!

3ish- Ceremony starts 3:30-4:30: Cocktail hour 4:30- Wedding party entrance, bride and groom entrance welcome speeches 5-5:30- Groomsmen/bridesmaid speech then to follow auction: -First person to get a meal -First person to get piece of cake -Dance with the Groom -Dance with the Bride -Pass to skip the line for drinks 5:30- Dinner 6:00- First dance afterwards dancing starts! 8:00- Start winding down, guests starts shuttling down from venue 9:00- Close down the wedding After the reception we will be having a bonfire at Hunter’s parent’s house. It will be nice and warm while we have the sun, once the sun goes down the temperature will drop. With that the reception is outside in a heated tent, but October in the high country can still be cold! Dress accordingly!
