Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding from both hotels! Day of the wedding, guests staying at the Sleep Inn will be picked up at 3:30pm & those staying at Windermere will be picked up at 4pm. There will be buses back at 10pm and 1230am.
We ask that guests please use the provided transportation rather than drive themselves as parking is extremely limited. If you need to bring your own vehicle for any reason please reach out to Mike and Morgan to make arrangements.
What are we eating?
We will be serving appetizers on the dock during cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner on the lawn under a tent.
For dinner, we plan to have a taco bar that includes chicken, pork, beef and fish options.
Gluten free options will be available, but if you have further restrictions or allergies that we should be aware of, please send us an email and let us know.
What are we drinking?
We plan to have an open bar if you all agree to be on your best behavior.
We will be serving, beer, wine and vodka sodas along with specialty cocktails on the dock following the ceremony.
Are my kids invited?
As much as we love your little ones, this venue is not child friendly and we ask that you leave them at home.
What should we do in Muskoka?
There are a number of great public golf courses in the area, if you would like a recommendation, please message Mike.
There are also some great craft breweries and local restaurants in both Bracebridge and Port Carling. We are happy to provide recommendations.

Footwear?
Please keep in mind that the ceremony is on a wooden dock, and the reception will be held on the lawn.
