Our ceremony and reception will both take place at our venue, Fest Valley Events. With good weather, our ceremony will be outdoors at The Woods ceremony site, just a short drive down the road from the Event Center where our reception will take place.

Yes! We will provide a shuttle for guests to utilize from the hotels to Fest Valley Events and back. The shuttle will be available for pick up at each hotel promptly at 3pm. The shuttle will bring you to our ceremony site at The Woods. After the ceremony, the shuttle will take you to our reception site at the Event Center. One shuttle will be available for guests to get back to your hotel every hour starting at 8pm and ending at midnight.

There is a large parking lot in front of the ceremony site and venue for guests to utilize. Vehicles can be left overnight if needed, but will need to be picked up promptly the following morning!

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask all phones be put away and silenced during this time so our guests can share this special moment with us. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like! Don't forget to share them with us :)

We are so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be specified as "& guest" when you RSVP. Please let us know their name in the "leave us a note" section of your response so we can address them properly!

We love your little ones, but ask that you use this night as an adult night out to enjoy yourselves! Please note this is a 21+ event.

Our dress code is semi-formal. We can't wait to see you dressed up with us :)

Unfortunately we will not have an open bar. Beer and wine will be complimentary and a cash bar will be available for any other libations!
