Is the ceremony Outdoors or Indoors?
We are planning to have our ceremony Outdoors at Water's Edge, weather permitting.
Is there transportation?
A shuttle will be running from the Hampton Inn Huntington Downtown to Water's Edge at 5:15PM and 5:30PM to ensure guests arrive on time.
A return shuttle will be running from Water's Edge to the Hampton Inn Huntington Downtown from 11:30PM on.
The hotel and venue are within a ~5 minute drive from each other, should you choose to drive or Uber/Lyft.
Is there parking available?
Yes and there is complimentary valet service at the venue. Guests will be greeted by valet upon arrival.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. There is an elevator that takes guests to all 3 floors of the venue.
Will there be an after party?
We have arranged for an after party to be hosted at the venue for 1 hour. There will be additional food and beverage provided for wedding guests who want to continue to celebrate after the reception.
For those who do not wish to stay for the after party, the shuttle service back to the Hampton Inn Huntington Downtown will begin at the end of the reception.
Uber/Lyft is also always an option.
