Yes! Free parking is located at the venue. If you are handicap or require assistance, staff will be available to assist.
Are children invited?
Not exactly. We both have a large family! With that being said, we are limiting the amount of children and young adults. The name of specific guests will be addressed on the formal invitation. Our website will allow you to RSVP invited guests only. We hope you understand.
Where can I stay overnight?
Our venue does not offer overnight accommodations to guests. We recommend The Lodge at Lykens Valley or a local Airbnb. There will be a block of rooms reserved at the Lodge, please call to book at 717-692-3421.
Will there be alcohol?
We’re proud to offer an open bar of liquor, wine, and beer for the reception. Please be mindful of staff as they are required to serve all alcohol on the premises and will ask for ID.
Is smoking allowed?
There are designed areas outside for smoking. Open flames are prohibited inside the venue. Tyler requested a cigar bar that will be located outside, please help yourself!
What is the transportation schedule?

The shuttle will be picking people up from the lodge at lykens valley and transporting them to the venue and back again at the end of the night.
Katy’s Kabby will be on standby for transportation locally by calling 717-579-3780.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal attire. Please no jeans.
Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony will be held outdoors while our cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
Do I have to RSVP?
yes! an rsvp is required for everyone. if we do not get an rsvp back by April 21st you will be marked as a "no". we have to provide a total guest count to the venue/vendors in a timely manner, due to this we cannot accept late rsvp's. If you can no longer make it, please alter your response accordingly and let us know asap!
What time is the wedding?
Our ceremony starts at 3:30 promptly, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!
Are photos allowed?
Yes! Just not during the ceremony. We request all cell phones be silenced, or even better, turned off. Our amazing photographer will be capturing all our big moments so save your battery for the little moments afterwards.
