LOCATION: The Knights of Columbus Hall, West Branch MI. Both ceremony and reception will be held indoors and in the same location!

RSVP's: ALL rsvp's are REQUIRED no later than August 1st, 2026. This is for food purposes, spacing, seating, etc.. Anyone who does not submit an RSVP by said date, will be assumed absent.

CHANGES IN ATTENDANCE: Thought you couldn't make it but now you can? or something came up and you cannot make it unfortunately? No big deal! we just ask that you contact the bride or groom as soon as possible so they can accommodate to these changes!

AFTER 8:00PM- later hours may not be suitable for all ages and attendees, please stay with consideration for this. This music includes provocative music, this time also includes the garter toss.

KIDS: We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration due to the bar service and music planned for the evening. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the night. Children who are part of the wedding party are, of course, welcome. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! This includes both the ceremony AND reception.

PHONES/POSTING: We would absolutely love for whoever to record and take pictures of any moments that are special! We do politely ask that in the process of capturing the moment you are courteous of others trying to watch as well!

PLUS ONES: We understand some are traveling far and meeting new people, and that can be nerve racking! On your RSVP we have assigned a space named {your name}'s guest this allows you to bring a plus one! If you did not see or receive an extra guest invite, please contact the bride or groom for more details or information.

ACCOMMODATIONS: While we wish we could provide hotel rooms, or transportation, due to the location of the events, as well as attendees taste, this makes it very difficult. If you check under travel tab, the bride and groom have attached recommended hotels around the area for attendees to ponder.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation between hotels, and venue, will also be unprovided, contacting other attendees or car rental will be the best option for these guests. PLEASE NOTE: those who are unfamiliar with the area, uber and other platforms are typically UNAVAILABLE. There are other PUBLIC transit options available, but keep in mind these are public transit options and may not fall perfectly on schedule or be the most suitable.

TOAST'S AND SPEECHES: Those who have been asked to provide a speech or a toast, will be asked by the bride or groom. If you are not asked, it does not mean we do not care about you, but if we asked everyone we loved to give a speech, we would be listening for days!

DRESS CODE: we ask for western formal, or casual dressy. We ask for dark natural tones, please avoid pastel colors, neon, WHITE, or other bright colors.

UNINVITED: If you were uninvited, I'm unsure how you're even viewing this page, but I will still address it for others. If you feel there has been some kind of mistake, please contact bride or groom personally to address these issues, otherwise...

Due to safety concerns, we ask that ONLY those invited and addressed personally attend this event. Any and all extra guests must be cleared by bride and groom. Due to past events this will be taken VERY seriously and if you are not allowed to attend you will be asked to leave, escorted off premises, and possibly criminally trespassed and held liable. Various members of law enforcement will be present to uphold this request from the bride and groom!!!
