Morgan and Andrew’s wedding will take place indoors on Saturday, July 27 at the Big Canoe Chapel, located at 226 Wolfscratch Village Circle Jasper, GA 30143.

With the summertime average daily high temperatures between 86°F and 93°F, with lows ranging from 63°F to 71°F, and the humidity averaging from 50% to 61%, Guests should dress in ‘summer cocktail attire’.

Guests can begin arriving to the chapel at 2:30 p.m. The ceremony will commence at 3:00 p.m.

Morgan and Andrew LOVE your children, but due to space restrictions they are unable to accommodate any children at their wedding. They appreciate your understanding.

There is ample parking available. Guests should plan to park in the lower-level parking lot as the upper-level spaces (across from the tennis courts) are extremely limited and primarily reserved for accessible spots. Of note, guests are prohibited to leave their vehicles in The Chapel parking lot overnight.

Overlooking the serene Lake Sconti and enchanting Blue Ridge Mountains, the multi-million-dollar Clubhouse at Lake Sconti will host Morgan and Andrew’s reception. The clubhouse is less than a 5-minute drive from the Big Canoe Chapel. For ease of directions, wayfinding signs are located throughout the property. Cocktail hour begins at 3:45 with guests parking in the lower-level parking lots. The evening festivities will conclude at 10:00 p.m.

Since Big Canoe has challenging terrain, significant variations in elevation and virtually no streetlights throughout the property, Morgan and Andrew have secured a shuttle for those Guests in need of a ride from the reception to their Big Canoe Airbnb / rental location. This drop-off service will be available from 6:00 – 11:00 p.m. to only those staying within the Big Canoe community. Guests may leave their vehicles overnight in the lower-level parking lot at the Clubhouse at Lake Sconti but should plan ahead on how to retrieve it the following morning (Sunday).

Your presence at Morgan and Andrew’s wedding is the greatest gift they could ask for! If you would like to honor them with a gift, you can have it delivered to their home. Yes, please however, Morgan and Andrew kindly request you do so from the comfort of your seat so as not to distract others, the wedding ceremony, or the professional wedding photographers.

Though Morgan and Andrew’s goal is for everyone to fully immerse yourselves in this joyous day, and to celebrate in person with all those around you, Morgan and Andrew are requesting guests not be heads-down into phones and social sites and refrain from posting photos and messages until the following day.
