Morgan and Ben met when they used to work together! They had a few friendly exchanges in the office and even hung out at some volunteer events, but they really hit it off at a happy hour on May 26th, 2021. They talked all night long and from that night the relationship blossomed very quickly.

For their first official date, they went for some drinks at Charlotte Beer Garden and then headed over to North Italia to enjoy some dinner. They split some pasta and pizza...what more could you want on a first date? Little did they know that would be the first of many dinner date nights.

With each date after that, Ben and Morgan quickly realized all they had in common. Like their love for being active, exploring CLT, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with their pups.

But one thing they did not have in common was the love for The Ohio State Buckeyes. Luckily Morgan didn't have a college football team, so she was quickly converted into a fan. The one thing Ben didn't know is that Morgan and her family have been making buckeyes for Christmas since she was a little girl. When Morgan made her buckeyes for Ben for the first time, she knew he wasn't going anywhere.

In October of 2022, Ben and Morgan had a trip planned to Florida to go visit Jessie and Dan Key. On October 14th, after a lovely dinner on the water and while walking on the beach at sunset, Ben got down on one knee and popped the question.

They are both so excited to be celebrating their love with you all!
