Bus Pick Up Times From Blocked Hotel: 4:00pm, 4:30pm Welcome drink provided prior to ceremony starting at 4:30pm. Please be in your seats by 5:15pm for the ceremony to start. Cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres will be available directly following the conclusion of the ceremony. Dinner and dancing will follow starting around 7:00pm.
