We ask that all guest RSVP using the wedding website by August 18, 2025. Even if you are not able to attend, please let us know. Those who do not respond by August 18, 2025 will be marked as not attending.

The ceremony and reception are both being held at Montvale Springs venue. The ceremony and social hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the pavilion on the venue grounds. Address is 4901 Montvale Road Maryville, TN 37803

When you enter the grounds you will follow the gravel road all the way to the lodge and you will continue on the gravel road behind the lodge to the parking lot. There will be a sign that says “parking” outside the parking lot. Please do not park in front of the Lodge. There are animals on the property, because of this we ask that you follow the posted speed limit to ensure that no animals are injured.

Everything on the venue grounds is within walking distance, however there will be a golf-cart with a designated driver to help those who need extra assistance getting place to place. This service is reserved for individuals with mobility disabilities and the elderly only. We ask that you inform us when you RSVP if you need this service.

There will be a self serve open bar for wine, beer, and cider. No liquor is permitted on the premises. We will stop serving alcohol at 11 pm. We ask that everyone drinks responsibly and that you do not drive under the influence.

Due to budgeting and space, we ask that only those listed on the invitation attend our wedding.

We love your children, however due to budgeting and limited space, we are limiting children to those of close family only. We ask if they are not listed on the invite, please do not bring them.

We would love it if everyone dressed up with us! We ask that everyone wear dressy casual or semi-formal attire. For example, suits, slacks and a button up, sundresses, maxi dresses, etc. Please no jeans or sneakers.

We did not reserve a hotel block, however we have listed several hotels that are close to the airport and within a 30 minute drive from the wedding venue, on our wedding website. There are also lots of hotels in downtown Knoxville to choose from!

Please respect our privacy and do not share photos of our wedding on social media, as we’d like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images. We also ask that you keep our wedding ceremony unplugged and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony.

We are registered at Amazon, however you can access our registry right here on our wedding website. You can have gifts sent to our address or bring them with you.

Food will be catered by Penne for your Thoughts. Guest will be able to chose one of the following options, smoked chicken alfredo pasta, cajun pasta with vodka sauce, Italian sandwich, and Italian chef salad. The caterers will be able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, including gluten free options. Finger foods will be served during the social hour and there will be a late night snack of fried ravioli and garlic aioli and parmesan french fries served at 9:30 pm.
