Pete and Morgan both work at the Medical University of South Carolina as PAs, only 3 floors apart. However, the two never ran into each other in the hospital or on campus. Both of them were content in letting relationships happen naturally but their friends and family had other ideas in mind. Thanks to Morgan’s work friends and Pete’s sister, they both had a hinge account created for them. After less than one week of being on the app the two hit it off and got off of hinge. It was the first and only date either of them went on from the app.


Pete was traveling to San Diego with his family for Christmas the day the two connected. Therefore, they had to wait an entire week before meeting in person. The two joke about how they were “pen pals” during that time. Pete’s family found out about this mystery Morgan girl he was constantly texting and started making jokes saying “dear diary today Morgan and I talked about…..”. Pete took it like a champ knowing that they all were just excited and let’s be honest, everyone loves to mess with Pete!


After Pete got back from San Diego, he and Morgan went to High Cotton for their first date. Then the two spent nearly every day together after. They clicked immediately and fit right in with each other’s friends and family as well. Both Morgan and Pete would say it was pretty clear early on that they found their person.


The two are so excited to become a family and take on life together and are very thankful for all the people in their life they get to celebrate that with!
