We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by February 27, 2026.

If we don't get an RSVP back by the date that we provided, you will be marked as "not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs. If you do not RSVP, we request that you please do not show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you. Thank you for your understanding.

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire (For the ladies: floor length dresses, cocktail dresses and pantsuits are appropriate. For the men: suits or tuxedos are appropriate). We kindly request that our guests do not wear jeans/denim and to please avoid shades of white (white dress shirts for men are acceptable).

We'd love to include everyone but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation as "{Your Name} & {Guest} or {Guest Name}" and also when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We love all of your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. We kindly request that you arrive 10-30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will give you time to park, sign our guest book, have a welcome drink and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, unfortunately you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we have a shuttle that will make 1 trip to the venue prior to the start of the ceremony and multiple trips upon conclusion of the reception. The shuttle to the venue will arrive by 4:05PM and leave the hotel promptly at 4:15PM. There is only 1, so please plan accordingly. The shuttle back to the hotel will leave the venue at various times 10:30PM-12:00AM.

Yes, our venue offers plenty of free on-site parking.

We are hopeful for an outdoor ceremony. Since it will be the end of March, this will be a weather dependent decision as the day gets closer. For cocktail hour, there will be both indoor and outdoor space available. Our reception will take place indoors but we will continue to have access to the outdoor patio throughout the reception. Space heaters will be available for all outdoor spaces for the duration of the night if/when needed.

Yes! We are having our ceremony on-site from 5:00PM-5:30PM. Cocktail hour/reception will follow immediately, beginning at 5:30PM.
