One Sunday afternoon in the middle of January, Morgan was busy avoiding studying for boards. While out for coffee with her friend Kelsey, she was invited to come watch a rec sand volleyball game.

This same afternoon, Luke was leaving church and was informed there would be a cute, single, Christian girl at his sand volleyball game that afternoon.

Little did either of them know that this random Sunday would be the beginning of something each of them had prayed for for a long time.

That week, in the midst of a blizzard, Luke and Morgan went on their first date. While they could have canceled due to the six (!) inches of snowfall that evening, they both really wanted to see each other, and ended up talking for three hours over dinner.

Over the next year and a half, Morgan and Luke grew closer and closer. They fell in love and began to see a life that they could build together. This culminated in a surprise proposal!! Morgan thought she was headed to dinner with friends, until a very believable emergency detour (orchestrated by her friend Sarah), led her to a park where Luke was waiting.

She said YES!

Luke cried, it was all very sweet.

They ended the night at another surprise, all of their family and friends were waiting at Luke's parents for an engagement party!

Fast forward to today, deep in the mist of wedding planning, and we could not be more excited to spend this day with you all! Thank you for loving us and the role you've played in our lives. Every moment, no matter how big or small, the Lord has used to lead us here, and we are so grateful <3
