How Do I RSVP for the Wedding?
Please RSVP by making your room deposit from the link or with our travel agent (info on the travel page) by November 1st, 2024. We can not guarantee availability for anyone after this date, so please book as soon as possible.
After booking your stay through the Travel Tab, Please visit the RSVP tab to RSVP to any events we are hosting throughout the trip and share any additional details you would like us to know if applicable.
*Please note, you will not be able to access the RSVP tab on this website until your booking through the Travel tab on this website or with Amy (Travel agent on the Travel tab) is confirmed.

Why is my name not showing on the RSVP tab?
Your name will show up once your room is reserved through the “travel” tab and your reservation appears on the book guest list name. The RSVP tab is solely for reserving your spot for any associated events while we are in Punta Cana. The RSVP and Things to Do tab will both be updated frequently leading up to the wedding as we finalize events. Please reach out with any questions!
When do I need to reserve my room?
The sooner the better will allow you the best selection of rooms to choose from (their are 8 variations within our room block) however November 1st, 2024 will be the last day to add rooms to our reservations.
*We have rooms blocked at a discounted rate but they are first come first serve so please reserve your room prior to this date!*
What is the Dress Code?
Beach Semi - Formal
Recommendations:
Sundress, Spring dresses, Polos, Short-Sleeve button downs
Earth Tones - blues, browns, pale summer/spring colors)
Note: The Bridal Party will be wearing light green and the bride & groom will be in Tan and white. Please refrain from choosing these colors if possible.
Women: Semi-Formal Spring/Summer Dresses, Skirts, Nice Top/Slacks
Men: Polo/Button-Down/Darker-Colored Khakis/Dress Shorts/Pants

What Dates Should I Book?
The wedding ceremony and reception are on Saturday March 29th, 2025. Bride and Groom plan on arriving at the resort on Tuesday March, 25th and leaving on Friday April 4th. You are more than welcome to stay anytime throughout that window.
What Can I Do While I am There?
We will be updating the “Things to Do” section with the Bride & Grooms Itinerary as well as some recommended excursions and resort activities as they become available. Please feel free to join us in any activities that are not limited to the bridal party and immediate family within our itinerary as you see fit.
Amy, our travel agent and Majestic Resorts also have additional activities and excursion options available for review as well.
Can I Bring My Children?
Children are welcome on the trip and at the wedding however, we kindly ask that all children return to their rooms following the dinner reception so the adults can relax and enjoy the remainder of the night.
The resort does have full access to kid’s clubs for all age ranges available and I am happy to reach out to the resort to confirm any additional accommodations as needed upon request. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you all!
