We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans, please! All wedding events will take place indoors.

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night.

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss ABC and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm EST. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before!

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails and a selection of red & white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options.

Arbor Midtown will offer valet parking for events. Guests are able to self park in the nearby parking garage shared with the hotel located directly next to the venue. Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. If you are planning on drinking, please utilize ride share options such as Uber and Lyft.

Arbor Midtown is located directly next to two hotel accommodations on E Main St in Rochester, NY. Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt Regency are located conveniently next door to Arbor Midtown. If you are planning on drinking, please also consider a hotel accommodation to prevent any unsafe situations. We will be blocking off rooms for anyone attending the wedding and are planning on staying over. Please refer to travel section to help with this!
