Starters

Puerto Rican Cobb salad: pancetta, avocado, cherry tomato, hard boil egg, sweet plantain, queso frito, guava vinaigrette (GF)


Cream of Onion: Garnished with caramelized onions and toasted bread


Mains

Filet Mignon: Mashed malanga and sweet potaot, cream of asparagus, seasonal vegetables


Pork Loin: Stuffed with sweet plantains & bacon, corn cilantro sauce, potato, garlic puree and seasonal vegetables


Vegetarian Entrée: Roma tomato, yellow squash caponata stuffed portobello mushroom


Desserts

Petit options: chocolate pot de creme, guava-coconut cheesecake, traditional tres leches


Meal is served with bread with option for Puerto Rican coffee and tea.
