We have planned our wedding festivities in a small town in Indiana (well you know I like puns, and since the wedding is not in India, the wedding has to be in Indiana). This small town is called West Lafayette. We sure love being here and hope to make your time here memorable as well.
You can reach West Lafayette via two major routes, which are:
1. The southern route: You can take a flight to Indianapolis airport (IND). Once you reach here, you can book a shuttle or take an Uber/Lyft/cab to West Lafayette. This will be approximately an hour drive. If you plan to come on the morning of December 18th, we probably will have some shuttles booked conditional on our knowledge of your plans. Just let us know your plans if coming via IND airport on the morning of December 18th.
2. The northern route. You can take a flight to Chicago O’Hare airport (ORD). This airport is in Central time, so be a little mindful of the time zone differences. It takes about 4 hours (3 hours travel + 1 hour time zone difference) to reach West Lafayette from ORD. You can also book shuttles from ORD to West Lafayette.
We have linked the websites to the shuttle services on this page as well.
There are a lot of cool places (just make sure not literally) to stay in Lafayette/West Lafayette area. Below you can find a few options.
West Lafayette follows Eastern Time Zone (EST).
Three hours ahead of Pacific Time
Two hours ahead of Mountain Time
One hour ahead of Central Time
Well, you are already in the Eastern Time
