All black formal Attire. We are asking for everyone to wear all black; prints are acceptable as long as black is the primary color of your dress. In general, formal falls between black tie and cocktail. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie Men: An example for men would be a suit, tie, and a nice pair or dress shoes. Women: Jumpsuits, pant suits, and dresses. Great options include knee-length, floor-length and high-low. What not to wear: Please avoid wearing Jeans and Khakis.

We are requesting a child free wedding. If you are an out of town guest and cannot make childcare arrangements, please reach out to us directly at (850)200-7509 so we can add them to the guest list.

As the venue is located in a residential area, we are asking that you park alongside the street of Kirkwood Run with respect to all of our neighbors yards and driveways. Please do not park directly in the culdesac of our home as it will be in photos.

Kindly submit your reply via the “RSVP” section of our website by Saturday October 5th, 2024. If you have not submitted your response by this date, your name will not be added to the guest list and there will not be a seat for you. You will not be able to access the RSVP after October 5th. If you forget to reply by 10/5 and want to attend, please text me at (850)200-7509 as soon as possible to ensure your name is added to the list before the seating chart is finalized. If you have submitted a reply but your RSVP status has suddenly changed from no to yes or yes to no, please text me and I can make the change.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time. This will allow you time to find a parking spot and find a seat before the ceremony begins. It will also ensure that you will not be in the background of any isle pictures because you arrived late. I also recommend plugging the venue into your maps the day prior to know how long it will take you to arrive at the venue.

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors.
