The night we met was at our friends' wedding. Mike was impressed with Myah's improv rap remix during her MOH speech

"He looks like so much fun!!!" - Myah Adams, later that night, admiring Mike on the dance floor being the life of the party.

Our first date was lattes and a visit to Fairview's Pollinator Garden. We didn't get a picture, but we saw a deer and a cat interacting with one another that day. It was quite the sight to see!

We made it official bright and early at 5 am before Mike went to work. Over the next few weeks, we would introduce each other to our families.

Our first big outing was heading to the corn maze for the afternoon.

Our first Halloween we dressed up as Dwight and Angela from The Office. Mike found his costume in less than 10 mins at the thrift store.

Christmas is Mike's favourite holiday. Myah would not describe herself as a Christmas Enthusiast. Since our first Christmas together, Mike has began to rekindle Myah's Christmas spirit.

For our first Valentine's (also our 6 month anniversary), Mike took Myah out for their first fine dining experience. We enjoyed a delicious 4 course meal featuring Wagyu steak as the entree. This experience awakened the foodie in both of them and to the creation of the ric-taurant scale. (ask them about this at the wedding)

We enjoy spending time outside in the summer. This was our first of many camping trips to come!

While out to a special dinner to introduce our parents, Mike had our friends break into Myah's house and decorate. When we got back home, Myah noticed the decorations and laughed maniacally while Mike led her to the living room to propose.

After catching her breath and getting a good look at the ring, Myah decided to say yes. Zoey was excited but didn't realize this meant she would be getting a new sister.

We bought a house and with the help of our families and friends, we were able to paint it, and move all of our stuff in in no time. We are blessed to have the love and support we do.
