We’re asking for cocktail attire—think polished but fun! For men, that usually means a suit or dress pants with a jacket and button-down shirt. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or stylish separates work perfectly. Since our wedding is in the fall, feel free to lean into seasonal colors and fabrics—rich tones, velvet, jewel hues, etc. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so don’t stress—if you're in the cocktail ballpark, you’re good.

Yes! We’ve arranged trolleys to take guests from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding and back to the hotel at the end of the night. There is space for ~60 people. The trolleys will depart from the hotel around 3:45 PM

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only. That said, a few of the kiddos we know and love have been included in the RSVP. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—but if your RSVP doesn’t mention children, we kindly ask that you make it a night out.

Check-in is at 3PM and early check-in is not guaranteed, so we recommend checking into the hotel right at 3PM to leave plenty of time before the trolley leaves. Trolley will leave ~3:45PM for Flag Hill.

If you would also like to book Friday night, we recommend calling the hotel -- other guests have had success, even when no options appear online.

The dress code for the welcome party is casual - wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
