One of my most cherished memories when we first started dating was when Nick surprised me while I was working late one night. I had texted him while he was doing Coast Guard stuff to "remind me to put a hoodie in my car" because it was getting chilly at night. An hour later, a silver car pulls up in the parking lot, and a man gets out with flowers and his favorite hoodie! Nick drove an hour after picking up flowers to bring me his favorite hoodie so I wouldn't be cold!
