Q + A
When do I need to arrive?
We would love to spend as much time with you as possible! There will be events leading up to our wedding day, both Thursday 1/23 and Friday 1/24 - all are welcome, but we understand if you are unable to make all events. We are so grateful to have you there for our big day!
What airport do I fly into?
Both the Tulum (TQO) and Cancún (CUN) airport are an option. The hotel will provide transportation to/from both airports. It's about 1 hour to Riviera Maya from Tulum and Cancun.
There are 2 airport options - Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Tulum Felibe Carrillo Puerto International Airport (TQO). When your resort is booked through our link, it will include roundtrip transportation to/from the airport! Please be ready to provide your flight arrival and departure to arrange transportation.
What do I wear for the festivities Thursday-Sunday?
It will be warm in sunny Mexico! The average temperature in January is 70-84 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check our home page for each event and the corresponding attire required.
How do I book my resort/hotel stay?
If you have not booked your resort/hotel you have missed our room block deadline. Please reach out to Colin and Victoria, as well as our travel agent Ligia to see if the hotel still has availability - ligia@lizmooreweddings.com
How do I get to the wedding?
Our wedding venue is a short 1 minute walk via the beach from El Dorado Seaside Suites. We will provide detailed directions upon arrival in Mexico. Please ensure you have your photo ID on you to get back onto resort premises.
