What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code is Formal or Black-Tie Optional. Take this as an opportunity to "dress to impress" because you will have your photo taken!!! We recommend summery colors, avoid jeans/t-shirts. Check the home page for weather information.
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
The address for the ceremony and reception site is 960 Crag Rat Road, Hood River, OR 97031. The venue is not wheelchair friendly.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Crag Rat Hut, Hood River, Oregon.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We ask that you arrive no sooner than 3:15 pm and no later than 3:45 pm as the ceremony starts at 4:00 pm.
What time will your wedding reception end?
Our reception will end at 10:30 pm with everyone gone by 11:00 pm!
Do you have a registry?
All we truly want is your presence at our wedding, that's what would mean the most to us. But if you would like to check out our registry you can click on the "registry" tab on top of the page.
What is the wedding itinerary?
Ceremony begins at 4 pm, followed immediately by cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. We ask that guests stay no later than 11 pm.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Of course. Before the ceremony begins, guests will have a moment to snap some photos. Afterward, we ask for no photos or videos to be taken during the ceremony as we want our family and friends to be present with us in this special moment.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Of course! Please tag us!
Will there be a bar?
We will be serving beer, wine, and seltzers along with a few signature cocktails.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue address is listed on your invitation. You are more than welcome to drive as there is plenty of parking available at the Crag Rat Hut. If you would like a pick-up service, please contact us beforehand!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we will not be doing plus ones unless otherwise specified.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Unfortunately no hotels had the option to reserve room blocks. But we do recommend you try staying in Downtown Hood River since you will be surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and the Columbia River!
When should I consider booking hotel rooms and flights?
We recommend that when you decide you're coming, start researching flights and hotel rooms/vacation rentals as soon as possible. On our "Accommodation" tab you'll find several hotel options available. The sooner you book your travel and accommodations the better chance you're able to get better options (and also less stress)!
How do I RSVP?
You can RSVP through the tab at the top of the page. It will ask your name and you will be able to RSVP for the Wedding. Please RSVP by July 1st.
