WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR THE EVENT?
The attire is black tie preferred. Ladies wear a formal, floor length dress. Gentlemen wear a tux and bow tie or a dark colored suit and black tie.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to park and find seating.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
A complimentary round trip shuttle will be provided to take guests to and from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel and Heritage Club. The shuttle will depart from Courtyard Marriott Hotel at 7:00pm.
Return shuttles will be provided at 12am and 12:30am to transport guests back to the hotel.
HOW FAR IS THE VENUE FROM THE HOTEL AND CHURCH?
St Rose of Lima Church, the Courtyard Marriott Hotel and the Heritage Club are approximately 15 minutes from each other.
WILL THERE BE VALLET PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes, complimentary vallet parking will be available if you wish to drive to the venue. Guests may leave their car at the venue overnight if needed.
