The grounds are about 24 acres and includes the following amenities: Basketball Court, Soccer Field, Volleyball Court, Tennis Court, pool, cards, game room (including ping-pong, foosball, and pool tables), free petting zoo with horses available for rides; tipping is recommended. And, in room massages (to purchase).

Every single room at the Hacienda is different. There are Standard, Luxury, Jr Suite, and Suites available. Some of the rooms are big enough for a family of 4, you may review your options when emailing the Hacienda at reservashvh@haciendavistahermosa.com.mx (make sure you type => .com.mx) You may also visit the website at https://www.haciendavistahermosa.com.mx/en/ . If you try to book online you might see that there are no rooms available, that is because we have blocked all the rooms. Once you email and mention our wedding you can book your desired room with our wedding rate.

MEX - Mexico City International Airport (Benito Juarez International). You may also come across NLU and TLC, but those are not recommended since they are outside the city and group transportation from these airports are not available.

To spend 3 days with our friends and families in the Hacienda will make this wedding unforgettable. We have partnered with the venue to ensure our guests receive the best offer for their stays. There are no other accommodations available within 30 min of the Hacienda. You always have the option to stay at the city during your stay and travel to the wedding venue daily for our events; however, we do not recommend it since it will be exhausting and an added expense.

The Hacienda has an amazing restaurant available at your service with variety of food options. Room service is also available. Recommendation: When you check in, you will be asked if you want to open a VOUCHER on your credit card. We recommend doing 3,000 pesos/person. This gives you the convenience of charging items directly to your room during your stay. When you purchase food/drink, your waiter will bring you the bill and you just need to sign, add your room number and write in your tip amount. When you check out, you will be presented with copies of the receipts that were billed directly to your room.

Bellhop ($2.50 (50 pesos) for bags) and housekeeper ($5 (100 pesos) per day for a double). Tips for bar and restaurant are appreciated at 10%. If you pay for your food/drink with a credit card, let your waiter know to add the tip BEFORE he runs your credit card.

There is no ATM at the Hacienda. We suggest you have 700 pesos on hand to cover tips for the bellboy, maid and pressing clothes.

The rooms DO NOT have irons. The hacienda can iron or steam any articles of clothing for you at a cost. The price list will be hanging in your closet. Contact reception and they will send a person to your room to pick up your clothes and then when you are back in your room later in the day you can call to have them to drop it back off. They will request payment in cash (pesos) for this service.
