When is the RSVP deadline?
We would kindly ask all RSVP's are in no later than July 1st and rooms are reserved no later than July 15th.
Is the hotel all-inclusive?
Yes! The price of the room will include all food, beverages, taxes, tips and resort fee. The only thing that will be accessed is a $2/day environmental tax upon checkout.
Is AVA resort kid friendly.
Absolutely! They have many activities and play rooms for children of all ages and children under the age of 3 are free!

Can I book the hotel through Orbitz, Expedia, or AVA website?
No. The hotel will charge extra to attend the wedding events if not booked directly via link provided with the group rate.
What airport do I fly into?
CUN - Cancun International Airport
How do I get to the resort from Cancun airport?
You may book a transportation via link on our website or book your own transportation. The hotel is only 10 minutes from CUN airport.
Where to get the most up to date information on times of events and location of events?
We will be updating the website with the times and location of events along with any daytime or after party meet up locations.
Will I have time to change in between the wedding and reception?
Yes. There will be a window to change or freshen up after the wedding and before cocktail hour if you would like.
What if I want to stay at a different resort?
Not advised. AVA charges a $183/day per person day pass to access the resort and $100/person per event to attend. In total $283 per person per day.
