Yes, you will need to sign a waiver. Please note that as of 2022, all guests will need to sign a waiver prior to boarding the lift. It will make the process a lot easier if these are signed prior to arrival. The link to the waiver is listed under the “Lift Waiver” section on the website.

Yes, for anyone that doesn't want to ride the ski lift there will be transport via bus available up to go to the wedding site.
