Please keep in mind, these rates are per adult per night, depending on the suite you choose to stay in and whether you are booking a single, double, or triple occupancy.

- Single occupancy: One individual staying in any of these suites. For example, $696 for one individual in room per night staying in the Master/ Parlor Suite ROH. If you decide to upgrade to a Master Suite Ocean Front Suite, then rates increase, in this case $764 per night for one individual.

- Double occupancy: two adults staying in any of these suites. For example: Master/ Parlor Suite ROH, as stated in chart, $464 per person for two people. If you decide to upgrade to any of the other suites such as the One Bedroom Suite Governor, then the rate for each person per night for two adults would be $564.

- Triple occupancy rates: three adults staying in any of these suites. For example, for the Master/ Parlor Suite ROH, each person would pay $387 per night. If deciding to upgrade suites then rates increases. For example for a Master Suite Ocean Front, rates would be $424 for each of the three adults.

- Minors between the ages 4 - 12 yrs old: $144 per minor per night, regardless of style of suite.

- Minors between the ages of 13-15 years old: $220 per minor per night, regardless of style of suite.

Maximum suite occupancy is three adults and one minor or two adults and two minors. Family of 5 with two adults and three kids or more , you may reach out to the room coordinator to accommodate you the best way they can.
