The Property is perfectly located between Siena and Florence just 3 kilometers from Barberino Val d'Elsa and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa two small villages of the Florentine Chianti Area. where you'll find all services and activities: Pharmacies, ATM, Groceries, Petrol stations, restaurants...

The Tuscan Countryside of the area is characterized by cypresses trees, olive groves and many vineyards! In fact nearby the Villa you'll find a large choice of Wine Farms to visit and where you can have wine testing and visit cellars too. Also San Gimignano, Volterra, Gaiole and Radda in Chianti are about 30 minutes driving on spectacular roads! You can easily visit Pisa, Lucca and some nice Tuscan Beaches in a full day tour as these places are about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from the property.

Many Excellent Restaurant and Pizzas just few kilometers (5 minutes by car). One very good restaurant is located just behind of the property on the opposite size of the small road so you can reach it just walking in 1 minute only! Pharmacies, banks and small Markets about 2 kilometers from the Villa. The nearest Petrol Station is about 3,5 Kilometers. Big Supermarkets, every kind of shops, Cinemas, Pizzas and all the other things you may need are located about 6 Kilometers from the property, In Poggibonsi or in Certaldo (Same distance). 10 minutes by car.
