Q: What Hotel options are there?

A: Most guests will be staying at the main venue (Fairmont Banff Springs) for which we have a discount code (PWED), but there are several other hotel options downtown which are a 10 minute drive away. Although we don't have discount codes for these other venues, most are much more affordable.

Q: Which airport should I fly into?

A: Calgary International Airport is the closest airport to Banff.

Q: What transportation options are available in town?

A: Banff does not have Uber/Lyft, but they do have a handful of taxis. Renting a car might be easier for in town travel and travel from the airport.

Q: What transportation options are available from the Calgary airport to Banff?

A: Banff Airporter shuttle service can be booked from the Calgary airport to Banff.

Otherwise a rental car would be recommended.

Q: Is the wedding open bar?

A: Yes - we have an open bar during the cocktail hour on wedding day, pausing for wine service during dinner, and opening back up during the dance party til 11pm. Drinks will be covered during the after party at the bowl alley as well. The pre-wedding drinks on Friday are cash pay.

Q: How is brunch going to work on Sunday?

A: We understand that many people won't be able to stay on Sunday due to Mother's Day, so anyone who wants to join us can meet informally in the Vermillion Room at the hotel from 11am-1pm for brunch. Brunch will not be paid for in advance.
