One of Naomi's very first friends after coming to UW-Milwaukee. The two met in drawing class and began talking after having to draw portraits of each other the first day of class. Chelsea was one of the first Christians Naomi met at school, and has been a constant source of wisdom and encouragement the past 3 years.

Has known Jon since before High School, and has been a constant source of good advice and counsel throughout the years. They both served in the Air Force, though never stationed at the same base. Caleb now lives in San Diego with his wife, Jenny, and three boys, Oliver, Abel, and Sebastian.

Naomi & Carolyn met through Cru (Campus Ministry) and became friends after sharing a 7 hour car ride to and from the Twin Cities for a winter retreat. The two continued to grow closer through sharing a Bible study the past two years and becoming roommates. Naomi cherishes all of Carolyn's life, wedding, and fashion advice —and their shared shoe size!

First met Jon in High School, and has become a great friend, a solid example of Christian living, and a an inexhaustible supply of good conversation. After going separate ways, they reconnected when Jon moved back to Minneapolis to finish college. Phil lives just north of Minneapolis with his wife Heather.

Naomi met Rebecca in their Digital Art class freshman year and quickly bonded over their faith and ambition for their careers. The two love exchanging skills in lettering and photography and sharing tips on running their own businesses while still in school! Rebecca overflows with honesty, spiritual advice, and encouragement.

The husband of Jon's middle sister Kala, and an example of a God-fearing husband and father. Jon often stays with Eric and Kala when visiting his parents. They enjoy watching movies, playing cards, and fishing together when possible. Eric and Kala live in Holmen with their children, Hannah and Elijah.

The husband of Jon's youngest sister Marci. Joe has been a positive and supportive influence on Jon, especially while he was finishing college in Minneapolis. Joe took Jon on his first Mountain Biking ride, and even gave Jon his first real mountain bike! Currently Joe and Marci live in St. Paul with their three children, Jacob, Tessa, and Tara.

Friends since high school, Naomi & Jessie have remained close throughout their college careers at different schools. Naomi loves Jessie's joyful heart as they often meet up for coffee to laugh and catch up on each other's lives.

Friends since middle school, the two have remained close through high school and at different colleges. Nancy is who Naomi would call the funniest person she knows and counts on her for endless honesty and laughter.

The daughter of Jon's oldest sister Ami, and has been like a sister to Jon since he was 5 years old. Jon has been proud to watch her grow up and mature into a beautiful and intelligent woman. She is a true friend, full of modern advice and bold insights, unafraid to say the things that need to be said. Aly lives with her husband Chris near Minneapolis.

One of Jon's nephews and God-sons. Jon remarks how Jacob is exceedingly clever, skeptical, and observant. Jacob is full of love for his parents and sisters, who live with him in St. Paul. In addition to carrying the rings, Jacob has taken it upon himself to make sure Jon and Naomi don't do any kissing before the big day!

Naomi's sweet and sassy niece who can't wait to "put the petals on the ground." Jade is full of joy, soccer skills, and a sarcastic sense of humor (thanks to her Aunt Naomi), and loves Jon for his tree climbing abilities and teaching her how to properly shoot rubber bands in battle.
