When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP on our wedding website before Saturday 8th February, 2025.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive before 1.30pm for the 2pm ceremony.
Where is the ceremony?
Gaynes Park, Banks Lane, Coopersale, Epping, Essex CM16 7RJ.
Please note, there are two entrances but please go to the main entrance on Banks Lane, not Coopersale Street.
Do we need to pre-book taxis?
Yes, please ensure you pre-book taxis to and from the venue. As the venue is slightly secluded, you will need to pre-book transport. Taxi numbers can be found in the Hotels & Taxis section of the website.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, there are plenty of car parking spaces in the main car park, and cars may be left overnight for collection the next morning between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.
How do I confirm my meal choice
Please include your meal preference when completing your RSVP on the website.
What should we do if we have dietary requirements?
When completing your meal choice, there will be an option to add any dietary requirements (gluten free, allergies, vegetarian, vegan etc).
Is it a cash-free venue?
Yes, Gaynes Park is a cash-free venue so only accepts card payments.
Are children invited?
Although we love your children, we're only having children from our family on our wedding day.
Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our venue has lovely indoor and outdoor space, so weather dependent we'll be outside for some of the day.
Do I have a plus one?
Unless stated on your invite, unfortunately we're not having plus ones.
What’s the dress code?
Spring cocktail attire. If weather allows, we’ll be in the walled garden so keep in mind if wearing stiletto heels!
