De'Janee' and I met at JFK, where we worked together for many years. Our work relationship quickly developed into a friendship/bond, which is so strong that distance nor time can break it. She is funny, down to earth, and caring. I rely on her for many things, including her tough but much needed words of inspiration, honesty, and motivation. We travel, hang out, and sometimes party together. She's pretty much my bestie, my road dawg, my A-1. What better person to fill the role of a Maid of Honor.

Dimples, as she is affectionately known, is my lil' big sis. From birth, she's always been the boss of things around the house...including me! LOL She is the best aunt a kid could ask for. And when people mess with me or her nephews...she steps in! She's down to earth, laid back, just chill. I love her and her swag!

La'Starr, or as we like to call her Starry, is a whole mood! La'Starr is a bright and stunning individual. As cousins, only one year apart in age, we did everything together. Starry's smile brightens any room. She is independent, intellectual, and ambitious. For these reasons, I've always looked up to my "big cousin." She is one of my favorite cousins and this is why I chose her to be one of my bridesmaids.

Zaria is my little sister. As a baby, I enjoyed taking her around my friends because everyone loved how cute she was. Zaria is very smart and has a very good fashion sense. Now that she's a young woman, she's very laid back, shy, and reserved. I know that she can dance...so I'm hoping that she bust a move on the dance floor.

Sharde' and I met through De'Janee' at JFK and our friendship has been going since. I remember our trip to New Orleans for my 30th birthday during Mardi Gras. We had an amazing time and her family was very hospitable. Talk about laughter and fun! We always have fun wherever we go. Sharde' is very outgoing, confident, and energetic. I love her non-judgemental personality. Where De'Janee' goes, Sharde' is not far behind. They complement each-other...that's why I had to have her as a bridesmaid!

Aden Is a very beautiful and adorable little lady. She is the niece of Tia and daughter of Tia's brother, Derryck. She's such a joy and I can't wait for her to grace the aisle with petals.

Xayden is my youngest son. He is loving and caring and loves to talk your ears off. He's smart and attentive and I wouldn't trust any other 6 year old with the rings. Mr. Handsome can be very charming, so watch out ladies!
