Valima Reception - Formal suit or kurta with a waistcoat in elegant, pastel colors. Women: Nikah - A modest gown, saree, or shalwar kameez in soft or neutral shades. Valima Reception - An elegant lehenga, saree, or maxi dress in pastel or muted colors. Dress modestly and in formal or semi-formal attire!

Due to Islamic teachings, serving alcohol at a Muslim wedding is generally not done.
