Just a guy and a girl that put their faith in a dating app back in 2017. Let’s just say the dating app served as a just friends phase for about 5 years, until one day in the year 2020 they decided it was time to meet in person for the first time at none other than Sonic. This is what you can consider the first date. After that Natalie enjoyed her time so much with David she decided to invite him to the beach with her friends. When coming back from the beach trip David was ready to take things to the next step, but Natalie knew she was about to leave for her first job 12 hours away in Kansas City so the time just wasn’t right. David didn’t let that stop him from keeping in touch and finding a way to come to Kansas City to visit (just as friends of course). Soon after he visited God opened a door for Natalie with a job in Auburn that she had never even thought about doing. After much prayer about it Natalie changed career paths and decided it was an opportunity that she couldn’t turn away. Shortly after Natalie moved back to Auburn, David made her feel welcome and was always one call away if she ever needed things (just as friends of course). Until September 26th, 2022 when Natalie decided to take things into her own hands and asked David to be her boyfriend and the rest was history. Well until July 13th, 2024 when David decided to take things into his own hand and asked Natalie to be his wife.
