Ceremony at St. John the Baptist: 1:00 PM; Cocktail Hour at Huntsville Golf Club: 5:00 PM; Dinner and Dancing at Huntsville Golf Club: 6:00 - 11:00 PM

Yes, we will have a bus departing each of the hotels to Huntsville Golf Club and vice versa. Huntsville Golf Club has ample parking onsite for guests that prefer to drive themselves; however, we encourage all of our guests to utilize the bus, especially if you plan on having a few cocktails. You do not need to be staying over night at Mohegan Sun (pick up and drop off at hotel entrance) in order to utilize the shuttle. You will be dropped back off there after the wedding to take your car home. The shuttle departure times are as follows: Courtyard Marriott to Huntsville Golf Club: 4:00 PM; Hilton Garden Inn to Huntsville Golf Club: 4:10 PM; Mohegan Sun Hotel to Huntsville Golf Club: 4:20PM; Huntsville Golf Club to Hotels: 9:30 PM; Huntsville Golf Club to Hotels: 11:10 PM

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity. Please note we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

There will not be a formal after-party, but guests are welcome to take the bus to Mohegan Sun to continue the celebration.
