Where is the wedding?

Delaplane, Va at the shop property called “Fleetwood”. The address is 1669 Winchester Rd Delaplane, Va 20144

Can I Bring A Guest?

If your guest is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are Children Invited?

We love kids, especially all of yours, but we have decided to make this an adult event.*with the exception of a FEW family members* We hope you understand and get to enjoy a night off!

What Should I Wear?

The dress code is Garden Formal, so dress to impress. We are excited are to have a formal wedding! We love western flare but, please NO jeans. Think seasonal suit and ties, floor floral seasonal dresses and chunky heels, to help mimic the farms spring time beauty! Cocktail attire, suits and floor length dresses are all acceptable options. Note we will be on an old farm with grass, gravel, and light walking.

Is the wedding outside?

Yes! The Ceremony will be outside RAIN OR SHINE! So bring an umbrella and hopefully we will not need them! The Reception is under a tent, on a concrete pad.

Does The Venue Have parking?

Yes, there will be complimentary parking at the venue.

What time should i arrive?

Please arrive between 4:00pm and 4:15pm to park, grab a drink, and find a seat. We will be starting the ceremony at 4:30pm.

Can I take pictures?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the Ceremony. We want you to be in the moment with us, and Tiffany to work her photography magic! After the Ceremony, we would love for you all to help capture the joy and fun of the evening! So snap as you wish during the Cocktail Hour and Reception.

What if i miss the RSVP cut off?

Please RSVP by march 30th on the website. IF you have technical issues doing that please reach out to me directly. If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately be marked as a “NO”. We will you miss celebrating with us, but we have to provide a final headcount to our caterers and other vendors prior to the wedding in a timely manner. We hope you understand, and we really hope to celebrate with you!
