Dinner will be Surf and Turf, consisting of a New York Strip, Plank Grilled Bourbon Salmon, a Caesar Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Grilled Roasted Asparagus.

We would prefer Black Tie or Black Tie Adjacent for clothing attire. There is no need to buy a new suit or a new dress for our event.
