Airport information
Please plan on traveling into IAH- Houston Intercontinental Airport as this airport is closer to the destination. Uber, Lyft, and rental cars can be booked at this major airport. We advise purchasing tickets sooner rather than later.
For those coming from New England, we advise you to fly out of the largest airport closest to you as this will give you the options for only one flight instead of two connecting flights that will increase travel time.
We DO NOT recommend flying on April 4th as travel delays are prominent and we do not want you to miss the festivities!

Hampton Inn and Suites in Conroe is a 14 minute drive or Uber to and from the venue. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby.
A free breakfast is included, with a choice of a double bed or a king bed room. Deadline to book by March 2, 2025.
If you wish to stay Saturday night, you are able to book that night at the market rate, but it is based on availability.
