Natalie and Ben met in October of 2019. Natalie was a freshman at Georgia Tech that had recently gotten involved in a campus ministry that met in Ben's fraternity house. After running in similar circles, the two finally met on the front lawn of the chapter house and became fast friends. A few weeks later, Ben asked Natalie to study at the CULC on campus, where they sat and got hardly any work done because they could not stop talking to each other. The rest was history!

Ben and Natalie would go on to date for 3 years, including multiple periods of long distance. Ben graduated from Georgia Tech in May of 2022 and proposed to Natalie during the following November of her senior year in Charleston, South Carolina. Since then, Natalie has graduated from Georgia Tech and began working as a Revenue Management analyst at Delta Air Lines, and Ben has been training to become a pilot in the United States Air Force. When they get to spend time together (and aren't wedding planning!), Ben and Natalie enjoy exploring new cities, studying the Bible together, and trying out new cocktails and dinner recipes.
